Emily is a mission-driven strategy and operations professional with nearly 15 years of public service. She most recently served as a senior aide to Vice President Kamala Harris, from campaign through her first 18 months in office.

She is passionate about the behind-the-scenes strategy and process that allows people and organizations to grow and create significant and long-lasting change. She has spent her career working to turn progressive policies and values into action at nonprofits and the highest levels of government.

Emily has a graduate degree in neuroscience and is originally from upstate New York. She currently splits her time between DC and Massachusetts.
