With over 14 years of email marketing and technical solutioning experience, Amanda is passionate about the intersection of engineering, psychology, and economics. Recently, she has focused on solution architecture for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, and building Centers of Excellence for all facets of the platform. Her previous roles include Director of Email Marketing Operations for the Girl Scouts of the USA, and other development roles at email marketing based startups.

In her free time, Amanda spends her time making things (knitting, crochet, sewing, wood working, etc.), and playing video games with her husband. She spends the warmer months reading in her hammock, and would love any fiction recommendations! Amanda is a proud Salesforce Marketing Cloud Champion, and loves working with the Marketing Cloud community to foster knowledge of the platform.
